Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Report to Facilities Manager.
  • Support in planning, implementing and facilities, equipment maintenance program with supervisor.
  • Manage daily operations repairs and improve preventive maintenance systems.
  • Read and interpret project work orders and deformation required materrials/ equipment and proper execution. 
  • Control and manage budget and expense of facilitities operation and maintenance.
  • Prepare daily sites progress reports.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical or any engineering.
  • Preferably at least 3 years working experience in construction and M & E service field.
  • Able to manage and supervise people and contractor.
  • Must have good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Good communication skills, leadership and compliance.
  • More advantage if candidate have driving license.
  • Good interpersonal and technical communication skills is essential.
