The Finance & Regulatory Reporting Supervisor is responsible for supporting the preparation and submission of regulatory reports, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and assisting in financial analysis and reporting. The role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and supports management decision-making through timely and reliable financial information.

Key Responsibilities

1. Regulatory Reporting

• Prepare and submit regulatory reports to the relevant regulatory authorities in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory reporting requirements, guidelines, and policies.
• Assist in responding to regulatory inquiries and requests for financial information.
• Monitor regulatory updates and ensure reporting processes are aligned with new requirements.

2. Financial Reporting

• Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, and supporting schedules.
• Monitor and review General Ledger entries and ensure proper reconciliation.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.

3. Internal Control and Compliance

• Ensure financial reporting processes comply with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Support internal and external audit activities by preparing required documentation.
• Maintain proper financial records and documentation.

4. Team Supervision and Coordination

• Coordinate with other departments to gather financial data required for reporting.
• Support the Superior in improving reporting processes and controls.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent are an advantage.
• 3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or regulatory reporting within the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and banking regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
