1. Preparing daily and monthly journal entries such as Cash, Benefits, Prepaid, in-come, Expenses allocation & Revenue.
2. Preparing and Entering journal entries which include correcting entries, allocation expenditures and related entries, etc.
3. Analyze Financial Records and Report and make adjustment as needed according to Chief Accountant instruction.
4. Monitoring the daily Cash book must have update.
5. Account Payable and Receivable and Updating Stock List.
6. Review cash deposits and prepare cash receipt.
7. File and maintain all journal entries for internal and audit purposes.
8. Support to Chief Accountant to Prepare the Monthly Report.
9. Support to Chief Accountant for preparing the Annual Budget Plan.
10. Handling Preparing the demand planning, expire controlling and damage controlling.
11. Performs other duties as assigned by Chief Accountant.
12. Support to the other departments if they ask for.
13. Following the SOP and internal regulation.

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field - B.Com / LCCI Level III Certificate

- At least 3 years’ experience in Senior Accountant/ Accountant level (Interior Decoration or Cosmetic or FMCG background preferred).

- Good Leadership skill/Good Management skill/Good Administrative handling skill/Good Operating skill/ Good Communication skill

- Healthy and active

- Strong understanding of debits/credits and accounting principles
