Job Description

  • Handle the payment transactions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments in HO.
  • Verify the day-to-day bank transaction and follow-up process in HO with related   documents.
  • Verify the required data to transact accurately for disbursement and e-money related transactions.
  • Support the required data to prepare bank reconciliation statement timely and discrepancies are promptly addressed.
  • Prepare and manage month-end closing processes and maintain excel schedules for expenses, other receivables, accrued expenses, prepayments, etc.
  • Ensure the organization’s SOPs are applied.
  • Engage with internal as well as external stakeholders to resolve errors, disputes, process automation etc.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Superiors.

Job Requirements

  • Graduates/ certified accountant/ finance professional from recognized university.
  • English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Good Team Player with positive attitude.
  • Proactive with learning aptitude.
  • Proven experience in Finance, preferably in the financial services industry.
