Job Description

Job Descriptions
* Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statement and report (Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly) that are appropriate for the users in accordance with generally accepted accounting policies.
* Provide management with timely, accurate and insightful financial analysis to monitor the business KPIs and financial results, enable key strategic decision-making.
* Lead and support the BU’s budgeting, forecasting and target setting process including risk and opportunity assessments.
* Develop, implement and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures. 
* Experiences in developing or setting up new performance KPI in various functions and experiences in developing financial and operational data      analysis template would be advantageous.
* Ensure that all statutory requirements of the organization are met including commercial tax, withholding Tax, corporate tax and goods and services tax.
* Document and maintain complete and accurate supporting information for all financial transactions.
* Develop and maintain financial accounting system for cash management, accounts payable, account receivable, credit control and petty cash. 
* Review monthly results and implement monthly variance reporting as compare to budget/forecast.
* Calculate variances from the budget/forecast and report significant issues to management.
* Supervise and manage financial department staff including accountants and financial assistants.
* Motivate and lead finance team members by clarifying roles and providing helpful feedback. 
* Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.
* Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for the cost reduction opportunities. 
* Create systems to prevent errors in data collection and calculations. 
* Project management to ensure they are completed within timeline, budget and follow-up till completion of project.
* Supports the New Business development team on various aspect which require finance input.
* Hands-on experience with implementation and working with SAP Hana ERP software system.
* Experience in standard costing and taxation would be an added advantage.
* Overall budgetary control.
* Work closely with all functions to understand business performance.
* Report to CFO with timely and accurate financial information.
* Assist the CFO in presenting reports to senior executive and board members.

* Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting qualified CPA
* Minimum 6 to 8 years’ experience in a similar capacity in a multinational company 
* Strong project management skill and experience
* Proven experience in finance management 
* Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills
* Strong leadership quality
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to communicate with senior management
* Able to collaborate with colleagues across the business
* Solid knowledge of financial and management reporting systems and solid technical accounting skills audit experience
* Proficiency in accounting software
* Analytical skills
