The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization by managing financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and analysis. This role ensures compliance with financial regulations and supports strategic decision-making to drive business growth and profitability.

• Develop a comprehensive 3-Month Pilot Budget.
• Conduct "Cost-Benefit Analysis" for the selected crops and target markets identified during research.
• Define the financial "Break-even Point" for the pilot operation for small scales.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models
• Analyze financial performance and identify trends/variances
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior management
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure accuracy of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Present financial insights to management
• Develop, monitor, and control departmental budgets to ensure efficient use of resources
• Manage cash flow, including forecasting, liquidity planning, and overseeing receivables/payables
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP)
• Coordinate with auditors and maintain proper financial controls to minimize risks
• Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• CPA / ACCA / CFA (preferred)
• 5–10 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
