• Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as invoicing, and other transactions.

• Prepare project status report and conduct monthly meetings to update the project status report - billing, project progress and margin status.

• Responsible for preparation of monthly project journals and provisions

• Oversee financial department employees, including financial assistants and accountants.

• Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary.

• Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.

• Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports.

• Technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes.

● University graduate with Business/ Accounting/Finance as major. Professional qualification such as B.  Com/ACCA (Part I OR II)

● 5 years of experience in related field

 ● Need to Handle the full set of accounting.

 ● Good Speaking and writing skills in English.

● Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation

● Has previously led or been involved in the transition process into a new ERP /Odoo and SQL accounting software.

● Able to work effectively in a matrixed organization.
