- Oversee and manage the company’s overall financial and accounting operations.

- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures and internal controls to ensure effective financial management.

- Monitor daily cash flow, bank transactions, cash balances and overall liquidity of the company.

- Review and approve financial transactions, payment requests, expenses and supporting    documents.

- Supervise and manage the Finance & Accounting Team, including Cashier and Accountant.

- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions and maintain proper accounting records.

- Review and monitor **Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)**, including outstanding customer and supplier balances.

- Monitor and reconcile payments related to airline tickets, tour packages, hotel bookings and other travel-related services.

- Review and oversee ticketing-related financial transactions, including sales, refunds, reissues, commissions and other related charges.

- Prepare and review monthly financial statements, management reports, cash flow reports and financial analysis.

- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to Management to support business decisions.

- Ensure proper cash management and conduct regular cash and bank reconciliation.

- Monitor company expenses and ensure spending is within approved budgets and company policies.

- Coordinate with banks, suppliers, auditors, tax authorities and other external parties when necessary.

- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations and company financial policies.

- Identify financial risks, discrepancies and control weaknesses and recommend appropriate corrective actions.

- Maintain strict confidentiality of company financial information and sensitive business data.

-Perform other finance and accounting-related duties and responsibilities as required and assigned by the Management.

- Assist with other relevant operational or administrative tasks when necessary, based on the needs of the company.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.

- Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA / CPA / LCCI is highly preferred.

- At least 3–5 years of relevant experience, with experience in a supervisory or managerial role.

- Experience in Travel & Tour, Airline, Hospitality or related industries is an advantage.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial management and internal controls.

- Good knowledge of AR, AP, Cash Flow, Budgeting and Financial Reporting.

- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and accounting/financial software.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Good leadership, communication and team management skills.

- High level of accuracy, integrity and attention to detail.

- Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
