Financial Management & Reporting Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Prepare management accounts, financial statements, and financial analysis.
Monitor company financial performance against budget and business targets.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to management. Budgeting & Financial Planning Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
Prepare cash flow forecasts and monitor working capital requirements.
Analyze budget variances and recommend corrective actions.
Support management in business planning, investment evaluation, and financial decision-making. Cash Flow & Treasury Management Monitor daily cash position, receipts, payments, and bank balances.
Manage cash flow to ensure sufficient funds for business operations.
Review and control payment schedules and major expenditures.
Maintain effective relationships with banks and financial institutions.
Monitor foreign currency transactions and related financial risks where applicable. Accounting & Internal Controls Ensure proper maintenance of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and fixed asset records.
Establish and maintain effective financial controls and accounting procedures.
Review financial transactions and ensure proper authorization and supporting documentation.
Identify financial risks, control weaknesses, and potential irregularities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and accounting standards. Tax & Regulatory Compliance Ensure timely preparation and submission of applicable tax returns and statutory reports.
Coordinate with tax authorities, auditors, consultants, and other external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with applicable Myanmar tax and financial regulations.
Maintain proper documentation for tax and regulatory requirements. Audit & Compliance Coordinate internal and external audit activities.
Prepare required schedules, supporting documents, and financial information for audits.
Follow up on audit findings and implement agreed corrective actions.
Strengthen financial controls based on audit recommendations. Team Management Lead, supervise, and develop the Finance & Accounting team.
Set departmental objectives, KPIs, and performance standards.
Review team performance and provide coaching and guidance.
Ensure proper segregation of duties within the Finance function. Business Support Provide financial analysis and recommendations for new projects and business initiatives.
Evaluate costs, profitability, investment requirements, and financial risks.
Work closely with Operations, Procurement, Sales, HR, and other departments.
Support management in improving profitability and cost efficiency.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
ACCA / CPA / CMA or equivalent professional qualification is highly preferred.
Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounting, including 3–5 years in a Finance Manager or similar management position.
Strong knowledge of financial accounting, management accounting, budgeting, cash flow management, and internal controls.
Strong understanding of Myanmar tax and statutory requirements.
Experience with ERP/accounting systems.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial reporting skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, accuracy, and accountability.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict reporting deadlines.
Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, trading, distribution, construction, or diversified business groups.
Experience managing multi-company or multi-business-unit finance operations.
Experience in ERP implementation or finance process improvement.
Experience in budgeting, financial modeling, and business planning.
Strong experience working with senior management, auditors, banks, and external consultants.
