Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Responsible for overseeing daily financial operations including invoicing, payment processing, cash collection, and transaction management. Prepares and presents monthly financial reports, budget comparisons, and ad-hoc financial analysis to support management decision-making.
Conducts financial performance analysis covering key indicators such as Sales Revenue, COGS, OPEX, and CAPEX, while identifying trends, variances, and business efficiency improvements. Involved in budgeting (OB 4+8 and 9+3), financial planning, and financial modeling activities.
Ensures compliance with financial policies, procedures, regulations, and accounting standards, while supporting ERP and Business Intelligence system implementation for accurate reporting and dashboard development.
Provides strategic financial insights to senior management for both short-term and long-term decision-making, including ROI analysis for marketing, promotions, pricing, and business expansion projects. Also supports process improvement, operational efficiency, and SOP development
Leads and motivates the finance team while coordinating with department heads to improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, and overall business performance, with additional support for ad-hoc requirements from senior management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA, CPA, CFA, or CMA is a strong plus).
8 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or financial management.
Advanced financial modeling and budgeting expertise and strong familiarity with ERP systems and BI tools.
Deep understanding of accounting standards, financial compliance, and operational metrics (COGS, OPEX, CAPEX).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders and cross-functional department heads.
