Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations and develop strategic plans to support organizational growth. The ideal candidate will provide financial leadership, ensure regulatory compliance, and act as a key advisor to the Managing Director (MD) on financial planning and wealth management.

  1. Develop and manage financial strategies to support organizational goals.
  2. Provide professional financial advice and support to the MD on wealth management and long-term financial planning.
  3. Conduct financial analysis to guide decision-making and optimize resource allocation.
  4. Review and analyze Standard Cost vs. Actual Cost; highlight risks and opportunities to maximize Gross Margin.
  5. Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost-saving and revenue growth.
  6. Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  7. Monitor cash flow, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR) to ensure healthy liquidity.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to monitor and control departmental expenses.
  9. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with regulations and accounting standards.
  10. Present financial information and performance reports to executive leadership and board members.
  11. Develop and implement robust financial policies, procedures, and effective internal controls.
  12. Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  13. Manage relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and other external stakeholders.
  14. Stay informed about industry trends and changes in financial regulations.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or ACCA is highly preferred).

  2. Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar senior role.

  3. Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and cost accounting.

  4. Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

  5. Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.

  6. Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office.
  7. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
