1.To calcuate KPI incentive programme every month and provide to the information to respective team for internal delivery and collection project
2. To analyze overdue payment trand and prepare report for the management
3. To coordinate with internal and external team to plan the current operation process to be improved in B2C bill delivery and payment collection. And to give training about cash collection process for all regional members if needs
4. To support customers (internal & external) regarding with billing and payment related matters to solve on their's complains in quicker way.
5. To support team operation where duties assigned (eg: new payment channel expension, AR data cleaning.,etc)
