Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years in financial planning and analysis or similar roles, with leadership experience.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills; ERP experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a track record of working with senior executives.
