  • မော်တော်ယာဉ်ပိုင်းနှင့် ပတ်သက်ပြီး Operation လိုအပ်သည် များကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်း။
  • မော်တော်ယာဥ်များ ပြုပြင်ခြင်း၊ ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်းများကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်း။
  • စည်းကမ်းထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်းများအတွက် ရေးဆွဲခြင်း၊ ကြီးကြပ်ခြင်း၊ မွမ်းမံခြင်း၊ အကောင်အထည်ဖော် ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
  • SOP များရေးဆွဲခြင်း ၊ ကြီးကြပ်ခြင်း ၊ မွမ်းမံခြင်း။
  • ကုမ္ပဏီပိုင်စာရွက်စာတမ်းများအား ဖိုင်ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း၊ ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်းနှင့် မလိုအပ်သော စာရွက်စာတမ်းများအား စနစ်တကျဖျက်ဆီးခြင်း။
  • အရေးပေါ်ကိစ္စရပ်များအတွက် အချိန်နှင့်တပြေးညီ သတင်းပို့ခြင်းနှင့် ဖြေရှင်းဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
  • မီးဘေးအန္တရာယ်နှင့် အခြားဖြစ်နိုင်သော ဘေးအန္တရာယ်များအတွက် စီမံကိန်းများချမှတ်၍ ကြိုတင်အကောင်အထည်ဖော်စီစဥ်ထားရှိခြင်း။
  • မိမိလက်အောက်ရှိ ဝန်ထမ်းများ၏ အလုပ်ပြီးမြောက်မှုရှိမရှိစစ်ဆေးခြင်းနှင့် လမ်းညွှန်မှုပေးခြင်း ၊ လိုအပ်သလို Training များပေးခြင်း။
