Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

- Oversee a growing fleet of delivery riders and co-ordinators to ensure maximum operational efficiency
- Design optimal routes around Yangon for first or last mile deliveries
- Control and monitor operational costs, including fleet, fuel, equipment and other operating expenses
- Recruit, train, encourage and control a diverse and growing fleet of riders, directly managing up to 30 people
- Ensure excellent customer experience by enforcing strong operations and process excellence - implement a process and stick to it
- Identify inefficiencies and issues, come up with innovative solutions, present to senior management, and then implement to the desired effect
- Complete ad-hoc and administrative tasks, including procurement of equipment, facilitating priority movements and other business needs

Job Requirements

- 2-5 years experience experience with fleet, delivery or logistics experience
- A solid understanding of Yangon, its geography and traffic patterns
- High level of written, verbal and interpersonal skills in English and Myanmar languages
- Excellent computer skills, with experience of MS Excel in a work setting
