Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Manage the company's fleet vehicles on a daily basis.
  • Monitor and control vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
  • Plan, coordinate, and follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Supervise drivers, including attendance, discipline, and performance monitoring.
  • Maintain and update all vehicle-related documents, including licenses, insurance, and registration.
  • Prepare accident and incident reports and coordinate timely resolution when necessary.
  • Optimize fuel usage and implement effective cost control measures.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly fleet management reports.

Job Requirements

Education

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in related field (preferred).

Experience

  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in fleet, transport, or logistics management.
  • Experience handling drivers and vehicle maintenance is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and transport regulations.
  • Strong coordination, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, email, fleet tracking systems).
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies calmly.
