1. Research and Develop, implement, and continuously enhance ocean import/export marketing and sale. Warehouse section need to develop, B2C, B2B 

2. Strong the marketing strategies, Business plan & Reporting field. Plan and control overall marketing and sale budget. Establish and manage relationships with origin counterparts and destination partners.

3. Develop and managed own website, social media platforms, digital campaign,generated invigorating social media content.

4. Strategically grow a network of ocean carriers. Lead negotiation of rates and contracts with ocean carriers. Help resolve issues with steamship lines, ports and container freight stations, and carriers.

5. Stay current with developments and changes in applicable laws, regulations and other government requirements.

6. At the Warehousing part, must be have the Inventory konwledge, processing orders operating mechanical and IT systems liaising with transport companies, supervising and appraising staff maintaining statistical and financial records devising rotas for staff ensuring that quality objectives and delivery deadlines are met managing budgets administering stock control ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.

REMARK - We need full marketing or fowarding skill person. We don't need the fowarding operation peroson or docement clerk 

1. Bachelor’s degree in the logistics, supply chain, transportationm, business or related field; master’s degree preferred.

2. 5+ years of experience in Freight Fowarding, logistics, supply management, or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.

3. Experience in industry procedures, costs, and terms.

4. Strong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects.

5. Good communication skill, management & time managenmet skill, interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills and logical reasoning.
