Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Markting & Sale Calling for daily operation, have good marketing and sale senses 
  • Handling for all freight forwarding Import/Export process and DOC checking, trucking and customer complain, issue and requirement 
  • Can be good to procument container space and booking shipping process 
  • Need to handling internal customs breaker teams and responsible for DOC preparing
  • Handling Customer requirement questions, and make the sale calls and send the quotation and flow for the sale 
  • Be able to follow and update government policy and regulations 
  • Handling for the digital marketing enquire reply and maintenance 
  • Have the good sense of logistics logical and supply chain knowledge  
  • Supporting to Team Leader or Manager 
  • Have the good logical and quick learning ability 
  • Anything assign from section head / manager
  • LCL & FCL Import /Export customer service and Documentation
  • Maintain relationships with carriers & customers
  • Provide shipment Quotes for customers and set-up shipments as required by customers
  • Solve customer and carrier problems and help resolve issues
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks all with an attention to detail
  • Other JD assigned by HOD Manager

Job Requirements

  • Graduate status -  Bachelor's degree and above
  • English skill - Writing , reading above five skill / speaking , listing above four skill 
  • Upper 4 years in logistics and freight forwarding experience 
  • Strong negotiation skills /Computer skill - A++/MS word, Excel , mail , System 
  • Experience of ERP software or CRM
  • Age between 22 to 25 years
  • English ( Intermediate / 4 skills)
  • Team work and enthusiastic
