The General Manager (GM) is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization’s daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, financial management, and coordination across departments to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership & Strategy - Develop and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures aligned with company objectives. Lead, motivate, and support teams to foster a high-performance culture. Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and innovation. Represent the company in key business functions, partnerships, and stakeholder meetings.
  2. Operations Management - Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination across departments (sales, operations, finance, HR, etc.). Establish performance goals, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions where necessary. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and legal requirements.
  3. Customer & Stakeholder Relations - Maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers. Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and service delivery. Handle escalated issues and resolve conflicts effectively

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  2. Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in operations or management roles, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership position.
  3. Proven track record of achieving operational and financial targets. Strong understanding of business functions (finance, HR, sales, operations, etc.).
  4. Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
  5. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
