Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager. The General Manager will oversee the daily operations of the business, including sales, marketing, inventory management, and staff supervision. The General Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and profitability, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Team Management:

   • Provide strong leadership to a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
   • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
   • Set performance expectations and regularly evaluate team members.

2. Business Development:

   • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
   • Identify and explore new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion.
   • Monitor market trends and competition to stay ahead in the industry.

3. Operational Excellence:

   • Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory management, product quality, and customer service.
   • Ensure efficient and cost-effective operations, implementing process improvements where necessary.
   • Maintain compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

4. Customer Focus:

   • Uphold a customer-centric approach, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
   • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
   • Implement customer feedback to continuously improve products and services.

5. Financial Management:

   • Develop and manage the budget, monitoring financial performance and ensuring profitability.
   • Make data-driven decisions to optimize financial outcomes and control costs.

6. Marketing and Branding:

   • Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and promote products and services.
   • Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective advertising and promotional campaigns.

7. Quality Assurance:

   • Maintain a commitment to product quality, ensuring that customers receive the best-in-class automotive accessories and audio systems.

• Bachelor's degree/higher degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 3-5 years of proven experience in similar role
• Strong leadership & Management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in HR procedures & handling 
• Experience in inventory management and financial analysis
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Bilingual in English and Burmese is a plus
