Assist the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency in all aspects of the restaurant.
Maintain high standards for food preparation, cleanliness, and customer service.
Monitor restaurant performance metrics and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Coordinate and oversee opening and closing procedures, ensuring start and end to each day.
Assist in hiring, training, and developing team members to achieve high performance.
Provide on-the-job coaching and guidance to staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
Conduct performance evaluations and support staff development
Support the General Manager in controlling costs related to food, and supplies.
Monitor cash handling procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Ensure an outstanding customer experience by addressing customer complaints, resolving issues, and ensuring timely service.
Train staff on customer service best practices to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Oversee guest feedback collection and implement improvements to elevate customer experience.
Support the General Manager in fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Lead by example, setting high standards for professionalism, work ethic, and customer service.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role in a fast food or quick-service restaurant.
Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and customers.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, inventory management, and cost control.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience in handling high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environments.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires standing for extended periods.
