  • Production, Packaging, QC, R&D, Maintenance Departments must be managed and supervised.
  • Planning factory daily routines.
  • Maintaining high standards of the production line.
  • Implementing production strategies as per the requirements.
  • Monitoring the factory operations.
  • Creating and enforcing quality control standards.
  • Implementing machine maintenance operating procedures.
  • Suggesting improvements in the strategies.
  • Preparing production schedules and reports.
  • Coordinate & implemented the standard operating procedures.
  • Monitoring & controlling the product standards and time to time implementing the quality control program as per business need& maintained the hygienic environment in process & packing floor.
  • Lead, initiate and implement policies, procedures, goals and objectives for all departments.
  • Continuously upgrade of policy, rules, regulations & all process of organization issue
  • Checking the data accuracy of every reports & process.
  • Able to perform to create new products.
  • Review & feedback activities & achievement report

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Management and prefer other certificate and diploma.
  • At Least (5) years of experience at Manufacturing Management Level.
  • Must have food industry experience handling Production, Packaging, QC, R&D, Maintenance Departments. 
  • Good analytical and leadership skills.
  • Ability to solve complex problems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Good decision-making skills and logical thinking abilities.
  • He/ She should be familiar with FDA, ISO & QMS & having exposure of FMCG industry.
  • Must Have a knowledge of the principles of productivity management and quality management.
