Overseeing daily business activities, improving overall business functions (Oversee day-to-day operations, sales, monitoring, and forecasting to understand the markets and projects better).
Developing growth strategies and plans, and policies.
Managing and retaining relationships with potential and existing clients.

Writing business proposals.
Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
Researching business opportunities and viable income streams.
Following industry trends locally and internationally.
Reporting on successes and areas needing improvement.
Developing goals for the development team and business growth, and ensuring they are met.
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Conduct market research.
Gather information, analyze competitors, efficiency of sales strategies, price competitiveness, etc., to achieve the target.
Actively looking for potential customers and contacts for future projects via cold calling, social media, networking, etc.
Deliver presentations efficiently to close sales.
Prepare and submit the proposals and quotations to customers.
Entry and report the research data and customer data.
Stay up to date on job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, attending conferences and workshops, reading professional publications, maintaining a personal network, and joining professional organizations.
Monitoring and controlling the HR/ Admin, Contract, Warehouse & Store, Procurement, BD, Sales & Marketing, Construction, and Workplace Health and Safety Departments.
Collaborate with other managers and key employees of all departments to achieve the targets and goals.
Assist the company with company-related matters in accordance with the instructions of company management.

Job Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Management or equivalent.
Prefer the MBA degree holder.
Must have extensive experience and be able to manage the Construction & Real Estate Sector, FMCG (Beverage) Sector, Government Relations, and Daily Operation & Administration.
Must have at least 5 years of senior management experience.
Must have the relevant years of experience in the related industries.
Must be able to work closely with cross-functional departmental managers as a team.
Must have a good command of the English language with strong communication skills.
Must be able to do reports for monthly, quarterly, and yearly with data analysis.
Able to use related management and technical software.
Able to work effectively under pressure, result-oriented, and meet tight schedules.
Must have strategic planning skills, reporting, and management skills.
Analytical mindset, independent, self-starter with a positive working attitude.
Demonstrates ownership and responsibility in tasks.
Strong conceptual, interpersonal, organizational, leadership, communication, and technical skills.
Resourceful and a skilled problem solver.
Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Able to travel as required.
