Job Summary:

The GM has to ensure efficient, effective, and profitable operations across all sectors, focusing on strategic development, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to meet the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Oversee daily operations across all departments including product, sales, tech, and compliance.
  • Build and lead a high-performing management team.
  • Monitor financial performance, P&L statements, and budgeting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements specific to fintech.
  • Identify new market opportunities and product innovations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and the board to align company vision and strategy.
  • Drive digital transformation and automation across operations.
  • Maintain a strong company culture focused on ethics, innovation, and performance.
  • Represent the company in industry events, partnerships, and negotiations.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in leadership roles, preferably in fintech, banking, or digital startups
  • Deep understanding of financial technologies, digital banking, and regulatory environments
  • Skills & Competencies:
