An Excellent Opportunities for Government Sales Team Leader / Assistant Manager

  • Lead and manage sales activities related to Government Tenders.
  • Identify government projects and tender opportunities, ensuring systematic follow-up.
  • Take the lead in preparing tender documents, proposals, and other sales-related documentation.
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively between relevant government departments, customers, and internal teams.
  • Systematically oversee delivery documents and payment follow-up processes.
  • Lead and support sales team members to successfully achieve sales activities.
  • Regularly report sales and project progress to management.
  • Female candidates (Age 30–35) are welcome to apply.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred).

• 5–7 years in Sales & Marketing with leadership/management experience.

• Experience in Technical Sales, Industrial Equipment, Water Treatment, or Engineering Projects preferred.

• Government Tender experience highly preferred.

• Strong communication, coordination, reporting, and follow-up skills.

• Proficient in proposal preparation, delivery documentation, and payment follow-ups.

• Competent in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Email.

• Ability to travel for business needs.
