Design and animate motion graphics
Develop creative and engaging promotional, short-form video to promote the Youverify brand through different social media platforms and the website.
Edit and optimize graphics and video content for social media platforms;
Maintain videography equipment and provide guidance for new equipment purchases.
Takes the lead on video projects from concept to delivery (storyboard, design, animation, feedback, QA, and production).
Provide technical support for design- and video-related efforts;
Develops graphics, illustrations, and other creative materials for the web, social, and other digital platforms that is on-brand, reinforces our status and reputation, and is appropriate for our various audiences;
Design and layout of materials for internal communications and business materials.
Work with the Growth and Marketing team with edits to digital assets (videos, content downloads etc).
Create infographics and presentation materials to simplify communication of complex concepts and data.

Job Requirements

BSc in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field, or demonstrated success in relevant professional fields.
2+ years experience in graphic design
Strong visual communications skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts and data through images;
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (mainly InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, and Photoshop), Microsoft Office, DropBox, and G Suite.
Strong video editing experience with Adobe Premiere Pro
Experience with graphic design and production principles and processes; experience in camera operation, location and set management, audio, lighting, sound editing and mixing
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
Experience developing strategic visual content for social media
Experience with developing graphics, illustrations, videos, gifs, and other creative materials for web, social, and other digital platforms
Solid verbal and written communication skills;
Technically proficient with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve;
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues.
