Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Commercial strategy
• Clearly understand the different products and pricing offered by Auston and its competitors in the market
• In collaboration with the Financial Planning & Analysis function, consistently analyze the differentiators,
strengths and weaknesses of each players in the market, including Auston, to identify opportunities in the market and threats that needs to be countered
• Identify gaps in the product offering for Auston and work in collaboration with the Academic and Operations functions to keep the Auston product portfolio relevant for the market
• Determine the pricing of Auston portfolio of products to maximize value while remaining competitive and attractive in the market
• Identify student acquisition strategies, promotions, scholarships and sponsorships in collaboration with the Marketing team and participate to the elaboration of the monthly / quarterly marketing budget
Students enrollment & reception management
• Participate to the student acquisition objectives setting in collaboration with the CEO and Financial Planning & Analysis function
• Recruit a competent, collaborative and dynamic Student Admission team to achieve the commercial goals of the organization
• Monitor closely the Student Admission performance on a daily basis and make the necessary adjustment to meet the expected results
• Participate in the design and implementation of the Commercial reporting tools and ensure consistent data accuracy in the reporting
• Ensure that clear processes and ground rules are respected by the Commercial function team
• Establish a training program for the Student Admission team in collaboration with the HR team
• Ensure that the reception looks welcoming at all time during operation hours
Education partnerships (for enrollment)
• Build a nationwide network of school partners to establish a robust and reliable student acquisition channel
• Develop partnership agreements that aligns the interests of the different parties while creating strong brand awareness for Auston and optimizing the value for Auston
• Plan and rollout an annual tour to visit the schools of the network and engage with the prospective students
• Maintain constant contact and engagement with the network partners throughout the year
Enrollment events management
• Oversee the conception and execution of the events designed for the enrollment of new students
• Engage with the Academic and Operations functions and gain their support for the management and execution of the students enrollment events
• Capture market insights from the events and integrate the learnings into Auston commercial strategy
Corporate Partnerships
• Develop and grow a portfolio of Corporate partners to drive student acquisition with sponsorships
• Engage with the Corporate Sales function of other Business Units within the MSH Group to leverage existing relationships
• Support the Auston Operations team to find internships and career opportunities for the Auston students
