Reporting to CEO/Chairman, you will take full responsibility for the multi-channel digital strategy.
You will work closely with various Heads of Departments, across various brands and report to CEO/chairman. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a real drive and passion for taking ownership and pride in your performance and success.
You should be a team player, have the ability and passion to drive campaigns forward and create excellent work, be organized and resourceful and have good attention to detail.
Advocate and communicate the digital vision and strategy to all stakeholders across the business and work;
Articulate the value of “Digital” and integrate into the business operating model from the perspective of sales revenue, cost savings, and customer experiences;
Lead the bank as the market leader and the key advocate of industry digital development related to payment and banking, cards, POS and ATM

Mobile Financial Service – Business Development and Operation
Mobile Banking – Business Development and Operation
Internet Banking – Business Development and Operation
Agency Banking – Business Development and Operation
Maintain an understanding of external competitive digital developments and their impact on our business and innovation strategy;
Spearhead all e-channels development including payment, banking, cards pos and ATM e-wallet;
Drive the implementation of next generation of Internet, Mobile, and Tablet Banking;
Formulate and execute the strategy to make internet/mobile as key channels for sales and servicing;
Assist senior management in formulating and executing innovative e-finance products, aiming to achieve the business targets and improve customer experience
Drive the development of projects, develop detailed project development plan, track and monitor project progress, ensure effective implementation of new services / initiatives and perform post-implementation review after launch
Work closely with segment and product managers to prepare user requirements with the best market practice and excellent customer experience
