Head of Finance & Account is responsible for managing finance and accounting functions of a company with particular focus on the e-businesses BU (e-commerce, e-payment, e-money) in Myanmar.
• Manage overall finance and accounting function for smooth operation and deliver business and financial target.
• Play the key role in setting up business, process, policy, analysis team, to make sure the structure is effective for business.
• Evaluate and proactive in risk management of the business and financial operation.
• Help business units/ departments and management in decision making through financial analysis and financial forecast.
• Manage day-to-day F&A activities of the company; control financial resources.
• Ensure that all F&A activities, systems and procedures comply with regulations, accounting principles (GAAP) and standards.
• Monitors and conducts performance management for annual performance review and develops personnel to ensure efficient and highly skilled workforce to meet the department KPI.
• Performed as the strategist to analyze data to guide management’s decision making and sometimes as the catalyst for change.
• Full involvement with the external/ internal audit as required for areas of responsibility and manage all finance functions are meet with audit point of view.

Required experience and skill
• Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting/ CPA/ MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5-10 years’ experience with formal managerial/supervisor role in banking or financial services.
• Professional with an extensive understanding of the mobile money business, banking, knowledge of financial systems.
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written, ability to deal with international for financial reporting.
• Ability to derive innovative solutions, excellent numeric and analytical skills, problem-solving skill are essential.
• Knowledge of using financial software or MYOB is preferred
• Ability to travel overseas country
