  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals.  
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for power projects and operations.  
  • Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards.  
  • Analyze financial performance and identify areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.  
  • Manage financial risk assessments related to power projects and investments.  
  • Coordinate with project teams on financial aspects of project development, procurement, and construction.
  • Monitor cash flow, financial risks, and ensure effective capital management.  
  • Oversee financial reporting, compliance, and audit processes in accordance with industry standards and regulations.  
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making at executive levels.  
  • Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.  
  • Lead and develop the finance team to maintain high-performance standards.  
  • Ensure adherence to statutory and legal requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; ACCA or CPA or MBA preferred.  
  • 10+ years of financial management experience within the power or energy sector.  
  • Extensive knowledge of project finance, regulatory standards, and power industry dynamics.  
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.  
  • Experience in managing large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.
