Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals.
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for power projects and operations.
Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
Analyze financial performance and identify areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
Manage financial risk assessments related to power projects and investments.
Coordinate with project teams on financial aspects of project development, procurement, and construction.
Monitor cash flow, financial risks, and ensure effective capital management.
Oversee financial reporting, compliance, and audit processes in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making at executive levels.
Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
Lead and develop the finance team to maintain high-performance standards.
Ensure adherence to statutory and legal requirements.

Job Requirements

Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; ACCA or CPA or MBA preferred.
10+ years of financial management experience within the power or energy sector.
Extensive knowledge of project finance, regulatory standards, and power industry dynamics.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
Experience in managing large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.
