Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, ideally in a corporate finance or FP&A role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling; is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
Strong business acumen and ability to understand and interpret financial results in the context of the broader business environment.

Job Requirements

Major role in preparation of financial and anaylsis reports for group managements.
Develop comprehensive financial models and analyses to evaluate business performance, identify risks, and inform strategic decision-making.
Lead the monthly and periodic financial statements review, forecasting process, including short-term and long-term business plans, leveraging market research, cross-divisional collaboration, and other relevant methods.
Analyze business performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and make data-driven recommendations.
Assist in reviewing working capital, cash flow, treasury, and investor relations activities.
Closely monitor budget spending to ensure efficiency and reasonableness.
Ensure the company achieves its financial targets and maintains a healthy financial position.
Collaborate with the heads of finance from respective companies to ensure all the financial statements align with accounting standards.
Participate in improvements process, especially in corporate finance, including system and workflow changes
