  • Lead and oversee all Food & Beverage operations, taking end-to-end accountability for performance, quality, and results.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth, profitability, and market positioning.
  • Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and excellence across all employee levels.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, cost optimization, and investment decisions, ensuring sustainable performance.
  • Ensure service excellence and consistent brand standards across all outlets.
  • Make critical operational and strategic decisions that shape the direction of the division.
  • Implement technology and systems to enhance operational efficiency and reporting.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, including senior leadership exposure.
  • Foreign work experience with recognized global hotel or restaurant brands.
  • Proven track record in leading multi-outlet restaurants or dining concepts in international markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse teams, develop talent, and build a strong leadership bench.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, decision-making, and people development capabilities.
  • Strong financial acumen and operational expertise, with the ability to drive sustainable growth.
  • Demonstrated ownership mindset, capable of steering the division with vision, autonomy, and accountability.
  • Fluent in English and proficient in MS Office and operational reporting tools.
  • Age: up to 50 years.
