An Excellent Opportunity for ...

Lead end-to-end project delivery for MW-scale solar PV and hybrid energy storage projects, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets are met.
Oversee on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of Solar PV, Inverters, BESS, EMS, and SCADA systems.
Prepare, review, and manage project proposals, execution plans, schedules, budgets, reports, and technical documentation.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams, contractors, vendors, clients, utilities, and international partners.
Review, approve, and control construction and as-built drawings (AutoCAD), technical manuals, and method statements for compliance with design and standards.
Enforce HSE, safety, and quality standards, conduct regular audits, inspections, and implement corrective actions.
Identify and mitigate risks, resolve technical challenges, and implement preventive solutions to ensure smooth project execution.
Mentor, coach, and develop project teams, supporting knowledge transfer and building internal capabilities.
Lead contract management, claims, variations, and negotiations with clients and suppliers.
Support strategic planning for the solar business portfolio, driving innovation, operational efficiency, and long-term growth.
Monitor project performance metrics, KPIs, and ensure compliance with local regulations, grid codes, and industry best practices.
Drive adoption of digital tools, monitoring systems, and predictive maintenance strategies to optimize O&M and project lifecycle performance.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Power / Electrical & Communication Engineering (Master’s preferred)
35+ years old with 8+ years professional experience, including 3+ years in solar project management at MW scale.
Proven track record of delivering utility-scale solar PV and hybrid energy storage projects on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards.
Extensive technical knowledge of DC & AC electrical systems, solar PV design, inverters, BESS, EMS, SCADA, and grid integration.
