A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Oversee daily office administration and operational coordination.
  • Ensure all office facilities are well-maintained and operational.
  • Supervise in-house staff including cleaning, gardening, and security teams.
  • Maintain fixed asset records, office supplies, and stationery.
  • Handle building rent, lease agreements, and coordination with vendors/contractors.
  • Oversee company vehicle registration, insurance, servicing, and maintenance schedules.
  • Monitor vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and track vehicles via GPS systems.
  • Manage vehicle purchases, leasing, and rentals.
  • Plan routes and manage vehicle deployment to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Effectively manage drivers.
  • Coordinate with banks and financial institutions regarding vehicle loans, leasing agreements, and related documentation.
  • Maintain fleet logs and compliance records.
  • Prepare financial extracts, expense reports, and relevant documentation.
  • Manage DICA processes and maintain accurate administrative records.
  • Handle visa extension procedures and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a relevant field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in administration or office management.

  • Experience in fleet management and driver supervision.
