Assess Risk Governance and Compliance within the business
Assist in developing and executing risk culture strengthening activities
Assist with the development of compliance plans and review the status of compliance risk and mitigating activities
Design, plan and implement overall risk management process
Minimize fraud, reputational and other losses/ impacts for the business
Prepare risk evaluation which involves analyzing risks as well as identifying and describing the risks affecting the business such as costs, legal requirements and environmental factors

Job Requirements

Master or Bachelor Degree Holder
Minimum 5 years' of related working experiences in Banking, Microfinance, Fintech and other financial institutions
Prefer candidates with strong background in Finance, Economics, Law, Audit, Risk Management, Compliance and Statistics
Good communication in English
