The job purpose of Trade Marketing & Visibility Head needs to provide planning, leading and executing of Trade Marketing & Channel Communication campaign with overall Sales & Communication strategy with the objective of achieving revenue & growth KPIs. This role needs to work with multiple stakeholders in various campaigns, events and be able to come up with initiatives which enable business growth.

  • Responsible to drive end to end visibility execution in region to ramp up the brand & channel visibility
  • Implementation of channel communication plans to ensure awareness of products and services
  • Be accountable and willing to do ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned from immediate superior level
  • Manage the trade marketing POSM, ensuring spending efficiency and effective location of items inregional activities and campaigns.
  • Plan & execute promotion schemes for the products and brand visibility in the market
  • Provide inputs for strategy to enable the achievements of targets for the regional team
  • Responsible for managing multiple project team
  • Develop and execute visibility and trade marketing strategies to achieve with seasonal operating planIII

Job Requirements

Education

  • University Degree or master’s in marketing, or related field

Experience

  • Ability to work under continuous pressure and ability to prioritize tasks as per the rapidly changingbusiness dynamics.
  • Outstanding communications, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Must be goal oriented, flexible and creative
  • 10+ years’ experience in Trade Marketing with at least 3 years of managerial level experience.
  • Good knowledge of MS office suite and tools
  • In-depth knowledge of current trade marketing digital trends.

Key Skillsets (3 - 5 skillsets)

  • Ability to develop and execute trade marketing strategies aligned with internal/external, market trends
  • Proficiency in conducting market communication, competitor analysis
  • Development skill in implementing promotional campaigns, trade marketing POSM to drive productvisibility and sales
  • Experience in managing relationships with relevant teams, product launch and promotional activities
  • External communication to execute ad-hoc activity based on project needs
