Sales Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly EV sales strategies aligned with IM Motors’ brand positioning.
  • Lead nationwide sales operations including dealership, showroom, direct, and corporate sales channels.
  • Set sales targets, pricing guidance, incentive schemes, and performance KPIs.

 

Dealer & Channel Management

  • Establish, manage, and expand authorized EV dealerships and sales partners.
  • Monitor dealer sales performance, stock management, test-drive conversion, and customer experience.
  • Ensure dealerships meet IM Motors brand, EV knowledge, and service standards.

 

EV Market Development

  • Drive EV market education, customer adoption, and conversion from ICE vehicles to EVs.
  • Collaborate with partners on charging solutions, home chargers, and infrastructure offerings.
  • Analyze EV market trends, competitors, pricing, government policies, and incentives.

 

Corporate, Fleet & B2B Sales

  • Develop and manage fleet, corporate, and government EV sales.
  • Lead negotiations for bulk sales, leasing, and long-term EV solutions.
  • Build relationships with ride-hailing, logistics, and corporate clients.

 

Sales Operations & Forecasting

  • Manage sales forecasting, pipeline tracking, and inventory planning.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and operations to ensure timely vehicle availability.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, performance dashboards, and management updates.

 

Team Management & Capability Building

  • Recruit, train, and lead the EV sales team including Sales Managers and Showroom Sales Consultants.
  • Build strong EV product knowledge, customer handling skills, and consultative selling capability.
  • Implement incentive programs and performance improvement plans.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • MBA or Automotive/EV-related certifications are an advantage
  • Minimum 8–12 years of automotive sales experience
  • At least 3–5 years in a senior sales leadership role
  • Strong background in EVs, premium automotive brands, or new energy vehicles is highly preferred
  • Deep understanding of EV products, technology, and customer buying behavior
  • Proven track record in dealer network management and sales growth
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and strategic planning skills
  • Data-driven decision-making and forecasting ability
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
