On behalf of our Client, a farm equipment supplier. We are looking for a: Head of Sales (Electrical Appliances)  to be based at their offices in Yangon, Myanmar.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plans Sale Budget, Purchasing Budget, and Operation Cost Budget for monthly and yearly
  • Sets revenue targets for members of the Sales Team and Target Dealers
  • Sets Pricing Strategy, Sales Strategies and Sales Policy
  • Motivates the Sales Team to achieve the best results possible
  • Negotiates and contracts sales volume, payment terms, sales policy with dealers due to Dealer’s performance
  • Monitors Account Payable, Account Receivable and Inventory Level
  • Leads and guides Product Managers and controls expenses
  • Works closely with Procurement and all Departments
  • Analyzes product development, dealer performance and competitors
  • Conducts continual training and development of all members of Sales Department
  • Works on dealer management plans and supplier management plans with the regional sales managers and the purchasing team
  • Builds good customer relationship and identifies key areas for improvement in the sale process
  • Leads the Product Launch events, seminars and conferences
  • Submits weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting on sales performance against budget and achievement

Job Requirements

  • University Degree in Business Administration or University Degree with any major subjects plus Post graduate diploma in Management
  • Holding an E.MBA or MBA will be an advantage
  • At least 5 years of experience in related field
  • Having knowledge of operations, administrative and accounting
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, sociability skills and multicultural skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent command of the English Language
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Be able to travel as business trip
