A Housekeeping manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations in the civil work maintenance department …

  • Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and service standards are consistently maintained.
  • Conduct daily team briefings, assign cleaning duties, provide special instructions, and deliver necessary training to cleaning staff.
  • Monitor and control the availability and proper use of cleaning materials, equipment, chemicals, and consumables.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly, and annual cleaning reports as required.
  • Ensure that all cleaning activities comply with established SOPs, procedures, rules, regulations, and safety standards.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in cleaning operations, facility management, hospitality, or a similar environment.
  • Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety, PPE, chemical handling, and emergency response procedures.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and email.
