  • Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, conducting initial candidate screenings, and coordinating communication with applicants.
  • Collaborate with Senior HR Executive to ensure a streamlined and efficient recruitment experience.
  • Support the implementation of training programs and initiatives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on HR data.
