An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Develop and oversee a recruitment process.
  • Oversee all employee engagement for the office and manage the new hire orientation and exit process.
  • Monitor compensation ensuring internal equity and compliance and benefits.
  • Facilities job analysis and update job descriptions yearly.
  • Manage monthly payroll and HR budget preparation.
  • Review employee final payments for accuracy and compliance with labor laws.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Annually review the employee handbook recommending amendments needed due to changes in local conditions or labor laws.
  • Arrange Employment Contract.
  • Conduct for training needs analysis (TNA) from the requirements of Organization and Management team.
  • Provide training needs analysis report (TNA Report) from TNA to Management Team
  • Preparing for training module with functional department Head and training calendar.
  • From the result and approval of TNA and TNA Report, arrange for Annual and Bi-annual training calendar and prepare for budgeting ahead for yearly.
  • Oversee the condition and implementation of annual performance reviews.
  • Manage for the reward management from the result of performance management and preparing reward plan.
  • Work with senior management to resolve employee relations issues pragmatically.
  • Investigate employee relations issues & work to ensure human resources related decisions are consistent and fair.
  • Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in the office.
  • To supervise daily support operations of company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures.
  • To Lead a team of professionals to complete a range of administrative duties in different department.
  • Manage schedules and deadlines for all administration duties.
  • Monitor the office supplies and purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
  • Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
  • Monitoring the fleet management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of (5) years experience in the field of human resources and administration.
  • Comprehensive understanding of labor laws and rules.
  • Proven capacity to spearhead organizational transformation and successfully manage teams.
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to relate HR initiatives to corporate goals through strategic thinking.
  • Excellent team management and leadership abilities.
  • Effective interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to use HR data analytically and make well-informed decisions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR tools and systems.
  • Strong time-management and organizing skills.
