  • Evaluate and monitor departmental budgets, collaborating with finance and department heads to align HR initiatives with organizational goals and fiscal responsibilities.
  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee inquiries, payroll processing, benefits administration, and policy enforcement, ensuring compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
  • Ensure employee adherence to company policies and procedures, including code of conduct, safety regulations, and legal compliance, addressing any violations or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee grievances, conduct thorough investigations, and promote a safe and inclusive work environment, fostering employee well-being and organizational harmony.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback from departing employees, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement in retention strategies, facilitating smooth transitions and preserving valuable insights.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or a related field, providing foundational knowledge and skills relevant to HR functions.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR executive roles or similar positions, demonstrating proficiency in HR practices and procedures.
  • Solid understanding of the HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and separation processes, to effectively navigate various stages of employee management.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills to achieve shared objectives.
  • Efficient time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including integrity, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, to effectively lead HR initiatives and inspire confidence among team members.
