Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local laws and company regulations.

  • Oversee employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management.

  • Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management systems accurately and efficiently.

  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Manage office administration tasks, including facilities management, procurement, and vendor relations.

  • Provide HR and administrative support to management and staff as needed.

  • Stay updated on labor laws and regulations in Myanmar and provide guidance to management on compliance matters.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, with specific experience in recruitment, employee relations, and office administration.

  • Fluent in Thai (written and spoken) is essential, with proficiency in English preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of Myanmar labor laws and regulations.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS software.

  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
