Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local laws and company regulations.
Oversee employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management systems accurately and efficiently.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Manage office administration tasks, including facilities management, procurement, and vendor relations.
Provide HR and administrative support to management and staff as needed.
Stay updated on labor laws and regulations in Myanmar and provide guidance to management on compliance matters.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, with specific experience in recruitment, employee relations, and office administration.
Fluent in Thai (written and spoken) is essential, with proficiency in English preferred.
Strong knowledge of Myanmar labor laws and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS software.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
