Job Description

Record the daily attendance for all staff.
Record and Report Monthly Leave balance.
Reviewing resumes and arrange Recruitment process.
SSB contribution and monthly meter bill payment.
Manage employee ID cards and visiting cards for new employees.
Handle the petty cash and office supply.
Prepare purchase and payment request forms for claim process.
Arrange order and maintain the fixed assets, materials, stationeries, and uniforms.
Check the kilo and fuel usage of office vehicles.
Performs other duties assigned by the Senior or line manager.

Job Requirements

Any Bachelor degree holder.
Prior working experience in a similar role is preferred.
Knowledge in Myanmar Labor Law
Good knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Able to communicate in English.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Good communication and pleasant personality.
