Job Purpose: The HR & Admin Manager is responsible for managing the company’s human resources and administrative operations — including recruitment, employee relations, training, welfare, and general administration — to ensure a motivated, productive, and compliant workforce supporting the company’s mission of ensuring healthier and better quality of life for everyone.

 

  • Plan and implement HR strategies that align with company goals.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, onboarding, staff performance evaluation and employee retention.
  • Develop and update job descriptions, HR policies, and organizational charts.
  • Conduct employee training and development programs (including professional skill development, compliance, and motivation workshops).
  • Implement performance appraisal systems, KPI and recommend rewards or corrective actions.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and exit processes.
  • Ensure compliance with Myanmar labor law, SSB and internal company HR policies.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, attendance and prepare monthly HR reports to BOD
  • Plan and organize staff welfare programs to promote employee satisfaction and morale.
  • Arrange staff gifts, birthday recognitions, recognition awards
  • Plan and manage annual staff parties, company trips, and team-building events.
  • Support management in creating a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Encourage teamwork and communication between departments.
  • Oversee administrative functions including office management and procurements for all departments.
  • Supervise company vehicles, drivers, and transport arrangements for office staffs.
  • Manage maintenance of office facilities and utilities.
  • manage for office repairs & maintenance and cleaning.
  • Ensure company licenses, FDA certificates, Permits and government registrations are up to date.
  • Arrange seasonal presents for organization related with company.
  • Maintain proper filing, documentation, and asset records.
  • Coordinate with government offices and external agencies as necessary.
  • Manage, maintain and update all company contracts and agreements in an organized filing system.
  • Manage and monitor contract expiry dates and assist in the timely renewal and proper documentation
  • Coordinate administrative support for sale, marketing, distribution teams.
  • Prepare and manage HR & Admin departmental budgets (training, welfare, stationery, and operations).
  • Monitor and control expenditure according to approved budgets.
  • Prepare monthly & annual reports on budget utilization to management.
  • Recommend cost-effective solutions for HR and administrative operations
  • Draft, Review, and update company rules, regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in coordination with management.
  • Ensure all staff are informed of and comply with company policies.
  • Conduct policy orientation sessions for new employees.
  • Maintain and develop official company handbooks or policy documents as required.
  • Regularly review policies to ensure they remain compliant with Myanmar labor laws and company standards.
  • Provide advice to management on organizational development and HR planning.
  • Promote corporate ethics, discipline, and continuous improvement culture.
  • Build a motivated and high-performing HR & Admin team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (HR Diploma preferred)
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HR & Administration (pharmaceutical or healthcare sector preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Myanmar labor law and HR practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
  • Good command of English and Myanmar languages.
