Job Description

  • This position is for Origano Paste and Sauce, a range of products under Shwe Thandar International Co., Ltd, a subsidiary of Khin Maung Nyunt Group of Companies. 
     
    The HR & Admin Manager will lead, direct and manage the day-to-day HR & Administrative activities for our company. The Manager will provide oversight and guidance to the development and monitoring of processes related to recruitment and retention, compliance, compensation, benefits, training and development; as well as oversee administrative functions. 
     
    Job Description
  • Develop and oversee all processes for recruitment (Job posting, screening CV’s, conducting phone and in-person interviews, and ensuring that documentation is collected and recorded/filed), onboarding, and termination of all employees
  • Manage timesheets for office, ensuring timely submission, approval, accuracy, and filing
  • Coordinate with Finance Department in preparation of monthly Payroll
  • Review employee final payments for accuracy and compliance with labor laws
  • Monitor compensation - ensuring internal equity & compliance and benefits
  • Oversee the coordination and implementation of annual performance reviews
  • Updating and implementing company policies, health and safety regulations, and ensuring legal compliance
  • Provide guidance on employee behavior and conflict resolution in a fair and consistent manner
  • Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in the office
  • Manage office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed
  • Systematically filing important company documents
  • Ensure maintenance, fueling, and license and registration processes of company vehicles
  • Manage and schedule the usage of vehicles, including ferry transportation for employees
  • Hire and work with maintenance vendors to repair or replace factory equipment and machinery
  • Apply for FDA and company registration and other office documents

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate and Diploma of HRM and HRD
  • Minimum of 7 years experiences in the field of human resources
  • Solid understanding of labor laws and regulations governing Human Resources
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong planning, prioritizing, and organizing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Ability to work under the pressure and tough deadlines
  • Problem assessment and problem solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel and email
  • Having a valid driving license is a plus
