Job Description

On behalf of our Client, a farm equipment supplier. We are looking for a: HR & Admin Manager to be based at their offices in Yangon, Myanmar.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Educates and facilitates all management levels to understand and practice HR rules & regulations
  • Provides consultations to employees and strengthens their understanding of HR practices and policies
  • Responsible to find the most suitable candidates for vacancies of below Manager levels and providing assistance to the Corporate R&S team for hiring any vacancies
  • Coordinates with Learning & Development team for identifying training needs
  • Performs submitting training requests and support for organizing, arranging, and evaluating training programs
  • Supervises Exiting Process (Resign, Termination, Dismiss, Non-Confirm) and Hand Over Process
  • Supervises attendance process with HRIS and is responsible for Probation and Evaluation Process, and Employment Contract/extension process
  • Supervises, monitors, and controls employee data up to date, and information must be safekeeping and confidentiality
  • Conducts performance appraisal exercise as per guidelines of CHRD
  • Supervises updated list of daily wages employees and performs Social Security tasks as per guidelines of Corporate HR department, monthly calculations Incentive Process
  • Solves employees’ issues and reports them to CHRD
  • Reports to the Head of HR and Assistant Head of HR (weekly, monthly, and quarterly)
  • Responsible for coordinating between branches/departments and CAD to ensure Administration functions are being run effectively in the SBU
  • Checks office facilities, hostels, and fixed assets, and reports to CAD for any requirement of repair and maintenance
  • Coordinates with CAD for vehicle repair and maintenance cases and monitors effective usage of vehicles
  • Performs other Admin related duties and reports to CAD as per its guidelines and regulations
  • Builds and manages effectively interpersonal relationships with all levels of the company
  • Performs ground checking, a site visit to branches, and performs other duties as assigned from time to time

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • University Degree in Human Resources or University Degree with any major subject
  • Must have proven working experience of at least 5 years in a related field and 2 years as HR & Admin Manager
  • Must have in-depth knowledge of Labor Law and HR systems
  • Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, sociability skills and multicultural skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office or related software
  • Excellent command of the English Languauge
  • Be able to travel as business trips
