Job Description

-    Liaison government & work-related office
-     Drawing the benefits (Social welfare & staff affair)
-     Ensure JD are up to date
-    Check & calculate attendance for meal allowance
-     Assistance to management in practical matters, general affairs and administration
-     Arrange organizations meetings, business trips, hotel and flight bookings
-    Build a positive working environment with highly professional skills
-    Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
-    Manage & Maintain the company’s fixed assets
-    Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
-    Oversea visa administration for foreign employees.

Job Requirements

-    Any graduated or degree in HR Management, Business Management and Administration.
-    Age 25 – 35
-    Can use Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel, Power point, Internet, e-mail)
-    Fluent in English 4 skills level
-    Have two years experiences in related field
-    Honest, hard- working and passionate
-    Willing to work in team manner
-    Willing to learn and improve one's skill
-    Ability to driving a car(prefer)
-    Male only
