To ensure statutory compliances related to government approval process
Implementing plant’s activity like engagement activity on time and support the training events
Manage and submission documentation process of all government approvals
Hands-on experience in HR issues especially labor law compliance
Accurate and timely processing of attendance & related data for payroll transaction
Conducting the arrangement of transportation, flight tickets, hotel booking and other administration works as required
Screening candidate resume and interview arrangement
Responsible for ensuring up-to-date HR documentation, employee data and records
Able to work under pressure with positive attitude, business mindset
Willing to work additional responsibilities upon requirement related to HR/Admin correspondence

Job Requirements
EXPERIENCE:
3-4 years in related field, 1-2 years of direct experience in Human Resource function, Related work experience in government relationship is a plus
REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION: Any Bachelor's Degree
SKILL/KNOWLEDGE : Understanding of government law, rules & regulations, Negotiation skills, Relationship building skills, Communication in English and Computer skill
