Job Description

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of monthly payroll process, including calculations for overtime, leave, and other payroll components. provide advice on compensation and benefits as needed.
  • Ensure HR compliance with relevant laws, including employment, Social Security Board (SSB), income tax, and labor laws, in coordination with the HR Manager.
  • Monitor and track the HR budget process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Ensure all compensation and benefit policies are in place, followed, and regularly updated.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring they are tracked and managed according to the budget forecast.
  • Compile and prepare necessary reports and returns as required by business practices and legal regulations.
  • Support the recruitment process, resume screening, conducting interviews, and making recommendations for candidate selection.
  • Oversee the attendance tracking process, ensuring accurate recording of employee attendance, leave, and absences.
  • Assist in maintaining positive employee relations by addressing grievances, conducting investigations, and facilitating communication between staff and management.
  • Support and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
  • Contribute to strategic HR initiatives and projects
  • Perform any other tasks as defined by ADS Management in line with the employee’s skills and experience.

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor Degree
  • Proven experience as an Assistant HR Manager or in a similar role with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing, compensation, and benefits administration.
  • Good knowledge in labor law
  • Good communication skills and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficient in using MS Office.
